breakfast of champions

above is what i really want to eat: garlic fried rice and pampanga’s best longganisa (photo taken a while back). instead, below is what i’m having: freshly brewed coffee and mamon tostado from la moderna bakery in guagua (part of my haul from the parents’ trip to the philippines). why? because it’s too damn hot to cook anything. the coffee doesn’t count as cooking. i did dunk the mamon tostado in my coffee πŸ™‚ and wished it was pan de sal instead with a slice of kraft cheese (though i have a perfectly good wedge of gouda with red pepper in the fridge). btw, i copied the setup of your pilipit photo because i’m too lazy (it’s too freakin’ HOOOOOT) to think.

BTW, did you notice we hit 50 posts?!?!?! whoohooo!
