chicken lettuce wraps

E came by last night and brought some of our favorite dishes from P.F. Chang’s (thank you again, E!), a restaurant that offers american chinese (as opposed to chinese american, I guess) cuisine. so we had chicken lettuce wraps and mongolian barbecue (which i ate and finished before i realized i hadn’t taken a photo). love the lettuce wraps, they taste so … refreshing, although it’s fried/sauteéd so it should actually be greasy, he he he.
