once in my life, for around six months, i subsisted on nothing but skyflakes. skyflakes for breakfast. skyflakes for lunch. skyflakes for dinner. i lost 60 pounds in the process. oddly, i never swore off skyflakes. these crackers are so good you could eat them everyday without getting tired of them. they are best when they’re dunked in hot coffee, when they get a bit soggy on the outside but still crunchy inside. also really good with spaghetti meatsauce. just top it with the sauce, put some cheese on top, and you’ve got instant “pizza” (pinoy style) ๐Ÿ™‚

    dude, you didn't lose 60 pounds only because of the skyflakes. you were also jogging around the oval every night โ€” often enough that the sikyus knew you by sight. what did one of them say? didn't he congratulate you on your weight loss success? LOL!

    have to say though that although i like skyflakes crackers as well (they're great with cheese or patรฉ) i prefer sunflower crackers, especially the flavored ones such as strawberry and pizza! ๐Ÿ˜€

    I love Skyflakes!! They are my staple food too. But I never heard of the Skyflakes diet. This is something new. I might just try that Betis Boy – but 6 months is too long. Talagang eclectic iya ini blog yu!

    Yup, GG is right about the daily running as part of the 6-month routine. i glossed it over because eating skyflakes is the easier thing to do again, not that running part.
