can’t believe i’ve never done an actual post on sushi and sashimi. while in NYC over the weekend, my cousin and I decided to go for “something asian.” our first choice, a korean restaurant, was closed but this japanese place was right next door. can’t even remember the name of it. just a small, quiet restaurant tucked in the middle of other shops, businesses on the upper east side. am still looking for one close to where i live. will keep you posted 😉
can’t remember the name of the roll above but it has salmon, yellowtail, fish roe, smoked eel, etc., with the sweet, brown chef’s sauce.
