it’s the rainy season and snails are aplenty. though it hurt that i had to pay 75 bucks for these snails in market!market! when i knew 75 pesos would buy us a bucket of these in the province, i just had to order them for lunch. fastfood meals are flowing out my ears and lunch is my only reprieve. how do you like your snails? in white wine? in coconut cream? or cooked in their own juices? these were simply sauteed in garlic and chili with some kangkong added as greens. delicious!
