you know how i like using the same ingredients to make different things. i split the meat mixture in two — one to create pearl balls (see below), another to create fried wontons. my mom used to make these often when i was a kid, with ketchup as the dip. these days i prefer the sweet and spicy bottled sauce from malaysia. no need to include the ingredients, same as the pearl balls. you’ll just need wonton wrappers.
