refreshing calamansi juice

i’ve been making iced tea and lemonade all summer. then my aunt sent us a box of calamansi (calamunding in kapampangan) from her backyard. so now i’m enjoying calamansi juice. do you know the trick to make sure the juice is sweet enough or has enough sugar? you wait until the seeds start to “float” 🙂 have you been enjoying the calamunding from YOUR backyard?

he.he. of course not 🙂 we buy juice concentrates by the pack 😀

my mom, though, always uses them for making her version of southern iced tea.

concentrates?!?! concentrates?!?! but you have the actual calamunding! HA HA HA! they do sell concentrates here, too. they have one in a bottle mixed with honey already. all you have to do is pour a couple tablespoons in a glass of water and presto! calamansi juice 😀
