pineapple pork

i was attempting to cook carinderia-type pork sarciado but when i asked my sister to taste it she said it was a bit salty, so to sweeten and lighten it up a bit, i added pineapple chunks. weird, but the kids found it too sweet. so i added black beans to salt it again. ha.ha. i liked how it ended. sweet, salty, fatty. 🙂
