Chopsuey is a quick vegetable stir-fry that is not really Chinese. On this one I had cauliflowers, celery, carrots, and chicken (I hate alliteration). I topped these with chicharo (snow peas) which I just left to steam when everything else was cooked because I want to eat them crunchy.
I had this the other day over rice and last night over noodles. This is every economical because it lasts 3 days. That is both good and bad for me. 😛
