One of the weirdest things I have ever seen while conducting my job in acquisitions / business development — fancy terms for “manlulupa” — This “tapa” (beef jerky Filipino style) was on a rooftop deck in Makati, gloriously drying in the sun, emanating soy sauce and garlic aromas. It was occupying prime real estate/airspace. Probably the most expensive tapa in the city. 😛
It got me hungry to be honest.
