weekend breakfast

had time to actually cook something yesterday (as opposed to just pouring cereal and milk in a bowl). but i haven’t gone grocery shopping in a while (been living on takeout) so the fridge offered a rather limited selection of ingredients โ€” 2 eggs, 2 longganisa (philippine sausage) links, days old rice and green peas left over from when i made pisto. what to do? “special” garlic fried rice. thank god, i found a couple cloves of garlic in the vegetable crisper ๐Ÿ˜› the extra flavor came from garlic oil ๐Ÿ™‚

    yup, that's just scrambled eggs on top. i didn't put any milk in it and let it set in the pan before folding it in half and letting it cook all the way through ๐Ÿ˜‰ thought it would make for better food presentation, HA HA HA!
