Ingredients for this dish are:
– 1/2 kilo porkloin, sliced bite-sized
– optional: include pork spleen, kidney
– 2 cups coagulated pork blood
– 1 cup pig’s brain
– miswa noodles (or any egg noodle)
– bokchoy
– garlic, onion, ginger
– fish sauce
Saute the aromatics in oil, add the meat. Season with salt and fish sauce. Pour 8 cups of water. Simmer until meat is tender. Put the noodles and the vegetabes. Serve hot.
